Each residential unit comprises three floors - basement, ground floor and attic.

According to the project documentation, two outdoor parking spaces and access to the green area are planned for each unit. Access to the construction site is from the municipal road plot ID 1735 1810/12 and through the plot ID 1735 237/10, 1735 237/11, 1735 237/12 and 1735 237/16, which is co-owned in a share of up to 4/9 and . are subject to sale together with the facilities. The building was up to approx. III. construction phase built in 2009.

Communal infrastructure is not implemented, connections are located nearby. A new building permit was obtained for the building in 2022. The performed works partially deviate from the new project documentation, namely in the case of eaves, eaves, entrances to buildings, etc., which the buyer coordinates as part of the completion under his own direction. A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
