Former DELO printing complex on Likozarjeva Street in Ljubljana. The complex consists of several commercial and industrial buildings that stick to each other. In the west, the complex borders on Parmovo ulica, in the south on the Ljubljana - Jesenice railway line, in the east on Dunajska cesta and in the north on Likozarjevo ulica. The industrial building with the ID number 2636-8203 at the address Likozarjeva ulica 1 was built in 1965 and is in need of thorough renovation. The building is basically a purpose-built industrial building for printing production purposes. The building has 9 floors, consisting of the ground floor, two floors, 4 mezzanines and two basement floors. Floor and basement heights from 2.5 to 5 m, mezzanine floor height 2 m. The total area of all parts of the building is 23,440 m2. Areas owned or SSH co-ownership amounts to 10,670.56 m2.

The office building with ID number 2636-8144 at Likozarjeva ulica 3 was built in 1980 and is in good condition. The building is basically an office building built for the needs of office business. The building has 10 floors, consisting of a basement, a ground floor and 8 floors, with a floor height of 2.6 m. The total area of all parts of the building is 4,072 m2. Areas owned or co-owned BATB 826.51 m2.

The buildings are in a good location in the immediate vicinity of the center of Ljubljana, for both buildings the process of registering condominiums in the land register is underway.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
