Opis

Building land is located on the northern outskirts of the village Zaplana, access is arranged mostly on the paved road, the last 200 m on the macadam road. The center of Vrhnika is 10 km or. 15 min drive.
The construction of weekends (holiday houses and rural-type apartments) is planned on the land. They are located in the area of the ZA-1101 editing unit. Project documentation for municipal infrastructure has been prepared, which is already partially arranged and located on the road.
The prices of the plots are different, as some of them are flatter, so the price is higher. Plot no. 120/37 is mostly categorized as building land, a smaller part as forest, so the lowest price (20 € / m2). All plots are overgrown with forest, dominated by beech and spruce. It is possible to purchase individual plots or the whole.

Zaplana is a settlement in the southeast of the Rovtar hills, a smaller part of which is in the municipality of Logatec, and the other part in the municipality of Vrhnika. It is mostly a settlement of weekends or. holiday homes.
